Boot Camp

Looking for a super-challenging workout? Boot Camp is where it’s at! This class combines cardio and agility drills, challenging your body on all levels. Expect high intensity cardio intervals mixed with strength training, while using a wide variety of equipment. And although this class is a tough one, all levels can enjoy a great workout, as modifications are offered for all fitness levels.


A high-energy, calorie-consuming athletic workout that will push you past the limit with strong, simple moves and pumping music. This is the most intense workout you’ll find in the world of fitness – a session guaranteed to take no prisoners.

Les Mills™ BODYPUMP™

A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! After an exhaustive study, BODYPUMP™ was verified by the University of Auckland as providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class.


TRX Suspension class offers a full-body challenge. TRX is a total body exercise system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform a wide variety of exercises.

Zumba® Happy Hour

Instead of your same old Friday evening routine, come and join Laurie for a mind-altering experience at Happy Hour! Give your body what it’s been craving all week long – a shot of fitness! The Happy Hour special features one hour of your favorite music with one part high-intensity dance / cardio and one part strength training.

New Wave Cardio Boxing

Cardio-Box is a combination of low impact, yet high-energy boxing training. Its techniques develops balance, stamina, defense, hand / eye coordination, and footwork while developing supreme skill in delivering punches.

Power Hour

During this power hour, you will learn exercises and workouts that will help you improve muscle endurance and strength, while achieving greatness with one of our certified personal trainers. This class will involve dumbbells, barbells, and kettle bells. This class is great for ANY fitness level!

X Barre

X Barre is a ballet based workout for all levels. The class utilizes small movements, incorporating bodyweight exercises and other tools such as a ballet barre, bands, and weights combined with stretching to develop and lengthen strong and lean muscles. You do not have to have any dance experience to join X Barre!


X-Fit training starts with personal trainer DJ in a functional training based workout that will increase your overall fitness! X-Fit uses barbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, dumbbells and body weight exercises to motivate and challenge you to get fit!

X-treme Step

Take your workout to new heights with X-treme Step! Using the bench, adjustable risers and dumbbells, this class includes aerobic combinations, high intensity intervals and strength training to challenge all areas of your fitness. New combinations each week will keep the class fresh and fun and keep your body guessing. All fitness levels are welcome!
