Morning Yoga

Rise and shine with a class for all levels. This format will bring balance, strength and focus to your morning routine and start the day off on a positive note.

Power Yoga

This challenging Vinyasa links breath and movement for the advanced beginner to intermediate student. The class includes sun salutations, standing and seated postures, balance, and basic inversions.


BUTI Yoga is a high- intensity workout that fuses yoga and dance with circuits of plyometrics and conditioning. Each class consists of deep stretching through flow yoga, BUTI shaking, and heart pounding cardio.

Beginning Ashtanga Yoga

This is the classical primary series practice as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. This practice is for advanced beginners to intermediate students with a commitment to class attendance because success comes through repetition and self-study.

Instructor Notification

New students or those with injuries or medical conditions should notify the instructor before class begins so that modifications can be suggested if necessary.
