Buti Yoga is a high- intensity workout that fuses yoga and dance with circuits of plyometrics and conditioning. Each class consists of deep stretching through flow yoga, BUTI shaking, and heart pounding cardio.
Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the entire body using low or non-impact exercises. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. The core, consisting of the muscles of the abdomen, low back, and hips, is often called the "powerhouse" and is thought to be the key to a person's stability. Modifications are provided for all fitness levels.
Beginning Ashtanga Yoga
This is the classical primary series practice as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. This practice is for advanced beginners to intermediate students with a commitment to class attendance because success comes through repetition and self-study.
Fusion is an exercise-based, body awareness class utilizing principles from Yoga and Pilates for breathing, alignment, focus, strength, elongation, balance, and movement. Light props are added to increase challenge and augment pattern formation. Modifications and alternative exercises are offered throughout.
