BODYJAM – lose yourself in the dance inspired cardioworkout to the latest dance styles and the hottest new sounds.
BODYPUMP - The original 60 minute barbell class that utilizes gym floor exercises such and squats, lunges, and the bench press to strengthen your entire body
BODYFLOW - This class is a fusion of Tai chi, Yoga, and Pilates set to great music.
CYCLE – This class is done on stationary bikes with varying resistance and speed. As a participant you willbuild muscle, train your heart, and burn calories as youride, climb, and sprint through this 1 hour workout.* Requires an additional charge *
KICKIN’ CARDIO - Participants will kick, punch,and sweat through this intense workout. Burn calories and get those frustrations out while having fun with our challenging and motivating instructors.
STRENGTH CHALLENGE – In this class, participants will use hand weights, stability balls, and resistance tubing to sculpt, tone, burn fat, and buildmuscle.
X-TREME STEP – Are you ready to take your step class to the next level? If so, this is the class for you. Participants will have fun, burn fat, and challenge their bodies and minds in this 1 hour class.
Instructor Notification: New students or those with injuries or medical conditionsshould notify the instructor before class begins so thatmodifications can be suggested if necessary.
