I've lost over 100 pounds of fat through the use of personal trainers. I've experienced the challenge of being overweight and largely unathletic trying to figure out what to do and where to go with my fitness journey. I tried every gimmick and fad diet out there and yo-yo'ed for years, but only through using a personal trainer did I finally achieve success. I also promote natural training and eating to live your best life. WIth my biochemistry education and personally managing ulcerative colitis, I understand how important it is to naturally balance the body's hormones and inflammatory response.

Exercise Philosophy

"I focus on healthy things that I enjoy instead of unhealthy things I'm missing out on. My transformation began when I started looking forward to what I was eating and getting excited by my workouts. Fitness is about getting comfortable with yourself and learning about your body instead of battling against it. Willpower is a dirty word to me because it is a finite resource. When you focus on what you like, you have enough willpower left over for the daily annoyances that come up instead of wasting all of your willpower on a crazy diet or killing yourself on a treadmill. I like to work with myself, not against myself. I look forward to working with you!"
