By being a Personal Trainer, it allows Camilla to share her passions of fitness and living a healthy lifestyle with others. Camilla has worked with all populations, ages and fitness abilities. She finds that each client is unique, and by understanding the importance of individualizing, she is able to create safe, fun and effective fitness programs for each client based on their goals, health history and abilities.

Camilla incorporates all methods and equipment into each session such as resistance, body weight, strength and conditioning, balance, kettle bell, bosu balls etc. She believes it is important to motivate and educate and by using different methods and equipment, allowing the client to get full potential out of their fitness program

Exercise Philosophy

Exercise is the best form of medicine and it is the best way to improve your life. Camilla believes that education plays an important role in exercise. By understanding the proper technique to avoid injuries, feeling comfortable with all the different equipment and knowing the fundamentals allows the individual to get into a routine and start living a healthy life!

It is her mission to help motivate, educate and train in the most safest, efficient, effective and fun way in order for each individual to reach their goals and achieve that healthy lifestyle
