I started personal training because I wanted to get into shape to do longer backpacking trips.  Within the first few weeks, I noticed that I was feeling better in my day to day life as well, in terms of things like posture and stability.  A lot of the outdoor actives I enjoy like rock climbing have definitely gotten a lot easier as I’ve gotten stronger and after a year of training, I’m ready to go on my first long backpacking trip.
