X Shadyside Personal Trainers are focused on educating and inspiring our members. Our goal is to provide the highest quality personalized fitness programs using state-of-the-art equipment so our clients can reach all of their health and fitness goals.

With over 75 years combined experience, X Shadyside’s personal trainers primary purpose is to create and deepen relationships with clients in a way that will add value to their membership, enhance their sense of belonging and sense of community within the club. X Shadyside requires of its trainers nothing less than 110% in these areas.

Our trainers are focused on providing safe, effective, and results based exercise programs. They work with clients in a one-on-one setting or a small group, evaluating current health and fitness levels, designing safe, effective training programs, implementing and teaching proper exercise form, technique and progression as well as designing and implementing meal plans and providing ongoing support to clients.
