Throughout my childhood, sports and exercise drove my daily life. I was involved in a different sport every season of the year until I graduated from high school. During and after college, I lived in Virginia where I was deeply dedicated to physical fitness, whether it was going to the gym, running in competitions, or participating in club sports. My passion for resistance training and nutrition came as I got older and found it was the easiest and most enjoyable way to maintain a healthy lifestyle and feel good doing it! When I moved back to Pittsburgh, I decided my next step would be to pursue a career in physical fitness. My drive in this industry comes from a need to show others that exercise and a healthier diet can be fun and offer amazing benefits for the body if given a chance. I want to make positive impacts on those who are looking to create healthier lifestyles for themselves and just need a little coaching to do it! I specialize in incorporating balance, core, and weight training into a challenging and engaging workout.
